Job Description:
 A leading business process solutions company seeks an Human Resources Generalist with 3-5 years of related experience. The candidate will provide support in functional areas of human resources including, employment/recruiting, employee relations, and general human resource systems. Assist in the development and implementation of HR polices and procedures. Work with HR business partners in coordinating the recruiting and hiring for positions to include exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions throughout the company. Coordinate new hire on-boarding process with other HR personnel and hiring managers. Prepare and maintain job files with appropriate paperwork as indicated on job file checklist. Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, programs, practices, and procedures. Prepare applicant tracking reports and spreadsheets for EEO/AA purposes. Responsible for HR invoicing processing to ensure timely payments. Oversee the performance evaluation program and work with HR business partners on obtaining signed documentation for employees. Responsible for posting internal flyers for the employee referral program and processing the referrals. Oversee the service award program and the employee recognition program. Responsible for handling calls for employment verification and references. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits desired.
