A medical center serving the community seeks a Nurse Manager with 5+ years of current oncology nursing experience in an acute care environment, with 2 years of management experience and evidence of progressive leadership responsibilities. The candidate assumes accountability and responsibility for the operation and management of the medical/surgical orthopedic inpatient unit. Combines clinical expertise with the application of nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care. The candidate should have a degree in Nursing; BSN preferred. Must possess a Maryland RN license and active CPR certification. Surgical certification preferred.
