Job Description:

An insurance company seeks an Executive Assistant with 5+ years’ experience supporting senior level executives within a large corporation. The candidate will provide direct administrative support for the Senior Vice President, Information Technology. Format and produce documents of a confidential or sensitive nature; coordinate meetings and calendars; coordinate travel arrangements; prepare expense reports; respond to or redirect correspondence or other inquiries that do not require the attention of the executive; maintain monthly attendance reports. Interface with company senior officers and external contacts requiring general and/or specific information. Direct telephone inquiries from customers requiring assistance of a diverse nature. Act as receptionist for the executive floor and contribute as a team member of the executive assistant team. Contribute to quick and easy access to information by maintaining timely and orderly paper and electronic files; prepare expense reports and invoices for payment. Prepare and distribute monthly management reports. Preference given to experience working with boards of directors. The candidate should have Two years post secondary education and/or training.
