A company offering consulting services that guide clients in the creation, enhancement, maintenance and valuation of their valuable asset seeks an Human Resources Manager with 7+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will provide general HR support to assigned teams. Research, design and implement projects that may support HR initiatives across all offices. Primary HR liaison to assigned teams, providing employee relations and general HR support. Fosters a workplace environment that is consistent with the values and vision outlined by the leadership of the company. Researches, project manages and implements assigned HR projects, including policy development, compensation, benefits, safety, training, communication and employee relations. Stays current on HR regulations and trends and provide advice related to compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to employee benefits, compensation, employment and training. Serve as internal consultant to managers in assigned teams and advisor/mediator in employee situations. Assists in the development and implementation of HR best practices and business processes. Effectively document employee relation issues. Identifies and brings to the attention of the HR Director common workplace morale and strategic issues. Serves as a recruiter for senior level positions in assigned teams as well as assisting the recruiting function during times of high volume hiring. Provides immigration support to assigned teams as needed. Manages leaves of absences and paid time off issues. Provides support to project based support in many HR related areas including, policy and process development, onboarding, training, benefits, intern programs, health, safety, and social and volunteer events. The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organization psychology or communications or equivalent. HR certification a plus. Successful track record as a HR generalist with ability to effectively use PC (or MAC) and widely used software packages like HRIS/database.
