Job Description:
 A satellite television service provider, offering digital satellite television entertainment seeks a Senior IT Auditor with 4+ years of internal audit experience. The candidate will be responsible for performing operational information technology audits across multiple business units to assess internal control structures and evaluate compliance with policies, procedures and management objectives. Specific duties include preparing audit programs by determining the direction, theory, procedures and scope of audit projects, surveying functions and activities to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of the systems of control, identifying key system control points and evaluating process/system effectiveness through the application of knowledge of business cycles and systems. In addition, will obtain, analyze and appraise evidentiary data as a basis for developing informed, objective opinions, prepare and present concise written and verbal management reports, recommend efficient, effective alternatives to improve operating performance that also maintain adequate controls and evaluate corrective actions taken for satisfactory dispositions of audit findings. An advanced degree in management information systems, computer sciences, business or related field and CISA certification is preferred. The candidate should have strong background working in information technology environments and exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Must possess advanced auditing and analytical/risk analysis skills.
