Job Description:
 An Internet services company seeks Senior Business Development Manager with 10+ years of deal-making experience of complex partnerships and transactions. The candidate will be responsible for forming the partnerships and relationships. Goals include efforts to generate and support new lines of revenue producing businesses through expanding relationships to new partners or through extending new services with existing partners. Development activity also involves licensing content and technology to improve the core product, underlying technology, and user experience. The candidate drives matrixed support through other groups, including marketing, product management, operations, engineering, finance, and partner management. Negotiate terms and legal language to govern strategic partnerships for the mobile business unit. Assessment of diverse competitive landscapes and development of financial analysis to evaluate, structure, and gain executive approval for business development opportunities. The candidate should have B.S./B.A., M.B.A. preferred. Should have strong interest in the mobile and wireless space, deep relevant negotiating experience, and skill in crafting action plans necessary to close deals. Direct experience in the mobile, wireless and/or broadband space preferred.
