Job Description:
A recruiting and staffing company seeks a Recruiting Manager ideally with 5+ years of experience in recruiting. The candidate will be sourcing candidates for management and non-management positions, including salaried and hourly Consultants and Directors within four separate practice areas (Accounting, Internal Audit, Technology Risk and Tax), as well as Directors of Client Services (sales). Will be integral in matching candidates’ and employees’ skill sets with client needs, staffing engagements appropriately and building relationships with new hires. Participate in business development discussions, staff scheduling, and presenting written candidate assessments of potential recruits to management. Bachelor’s degree is needed. Ability to source excellent talent in the internal audit, accounting, tax and technology risk areas for their market is needed. Experience attending networking events and professional association meetings is required.
