Job Description:
 A company delivering learning solutions seeks a Project Manager with 4-5 years of project management experience working in a matrix organization. The candidate will manage the commercialization of products within the learning products division. Accountable for the timely delivery of commercialization projects using established project management disciplines established by the PMBOK. Work with internal clients (primarily Product Line managers) and 3rd party clients to manage commercialization process including documenting roles and responsibilities, commercialization processes, and deliverable planning. Work with partners to plan and support product commercialization efforts. Work with sales development and marketing teams to track sales efforts and provide product knowledge for partner products. Work with catalog content development team in Chennai India, to leverage resources and competencies that support the product commercialization efforts. Manage overall quality of the commercialized product (both in-house and partner content) Work with sales, client, partners and internal resources to define product maintenance and defect resolution process. Maintain relationships with key stake-holders on partner team (business development, sales, product management, content integration, finance) to assure company is viewed as a pro-active and strategic partner. Keep abreast of new products and release dates, know partner’s overall strategic direction to enable company to take advantage of continuous improvements and updates, identify ways to expand relationship, and work with product line managers to prioritize new product opportunities. Manage competing priorities while supporting product line managers in implementation of product strategies. Bachelor's degree is required. Must be comfortable working across geographical boundaries and managing commitments from resources not locally based. PMP certification is desired.
