Job Description:
This role requires extensive experience bringing together teams and managing successful projects. In this position, you will work closely with Sanborn's client; you will execute the quality control plan, manage production schedules to meet delivery expectations, and provide weekly progress reports. RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee all aspects of production to ensure schedule compliance, quality control, and client satisfaction. Take early action to correct negative trends. * Establish and maintain full staffing at appropriate technical levels and excellent relationships with customers to promote follow-on work. * Provide leadership to the Remote Sensing Lab by developing a management team and providing each staff member with a growth path, ensuring fair compensation, assisting with benefit programs, motivating staff with an overall view of the Remote Sensing Labs including progress. * Produce accurate reports as required on a timely basis; understand the applicability of reports to RSL management decision making; and review reports of RSL staff to insure accuracy and to identify early trends. * Maintain appropriate planning documents, including accurate description of employee time commitments; efficiently reallocate resources, including labor and equipment, as activities and priorities change.
