Project Parsons is providing operations, maintenance, logistics, vehicle fleet, engineering, and construction services to support various governmental facilities, military bases, installations, and campus around the globe. As part of our team, you will be actively contributing to making sure this infrastructure is in excellent condition to support mission readiness and help secure a safer world for future generations. Need We are seeking a senior project manager who is well versed in supervising large-scale facility operations, maintenance, vehicle fleet services, supply chain, and logistics. The selected candidate will oversee over 300 support staff and a budget of more than $50 million to operate and maintain more than 2 million square feet of secure facilities. In this position, you will act as the liaison between the client, project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders. In addition, you will help determine budget estimates and staffing requirements to meet the scope and schedule requirements. You will be responsible for the profit and loss of this project and this position requires a clear understanding of client objectives and contract terms. The position will be based in the Washington D.C. metro area.
