Position: Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Primary Function: Customer Service Rep for assigned personal lines clientsResponsibilities: * First responder for day to day client contact and interaction* Growth and retention of assigned accounts* Conduct risk analysis for new and renewal business * Client correspondence* Rating Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers* Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively* Detail oriented with strong follow up skills to ensure accuracy* Strong customer service focus* Must demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company standards, and a commitment to personal and professional development* Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook). AMS Sagitta experience a plus.
