Job Description:
Responsibilities The Claim Regional Vice President is responsible for leading one of our largest claim center operations located in Farmington, CT managing Personal Lines Auto & Liability claims for the Northeast region. The operation includes 325 claim handling staff, support personnel, supervisors and managers and is part of an executive team dedicated to exceptional quality, customer service and work environment. Responsibilities include: ·Fulfill the P&C Claim mission by consistently executing high quality claim work that is accurate, timely and efficient while delivering distinctive customer service. ·Conduct detailed analysis of operational results and develop and execute business strategies that lead to achievement of financial and non-financial goals within the assigned territory. ·Create a high performing work environment that attracts, retains, and rewards talented people. Assume active role in driving a focus on development. Lead organizational change initiatives, comprehensive communications, and build a collaboration among other Auto & Liability centers ·Full operational accountability, including budgeting, staffing, oversight of $44m LAE, deployment of standards and practices, and inventory management. Qualifications Technical Competencies, Background and Education College degree or equivalent experience. Ten years property casualty claim management experience with at least two years managing a large organization with demonstrated leadership versatility. CPCU, CIC, SCLA or other professional designation, or working toward such designation are a plus.
