Job Description:
Responsibilities:Manages team of classified sales representatives, including responsibility for employee training, day-to-day management of workload, retention, compensation and recruitment Responsible for the continued growth of the Business Insurance Career Center, and acts as primary day-to-day contact with Career Center hosting and administrative services provider Sells major classified opportunities (Recruitment and Business Resources) such as packages of job listings to major employers and recruiters as well as vendor product and services via e-mail marketing campaigns and outbound telephone sales Sells classified and directory advertising into various special including: SourceBook, Show Dailies and Industry Focus. Manages Career Center via administrative tools including adding jobs from job pool, developing standard and promotional product pricing, and analyzing Career Center metrics Identifies new opportunities for increasing website classifieds traffic as well as new online classifieds opportunities with online sales team Attends weekly sales meetings, and annual corporate-wide meetings of classified advertising sales managers Analyzes print and online metrics to improve the performance of client classified advertising Maintains customer data in ACT Submit a weekly report to Sales Director. Works with Financial Services staff to make certain classified advertising clients are billed correctly and completely Work with marketing department to develop house advertising and e-mail promotions with support from internal and external marketing resources as necessary Travels as necessary to major advertiser locations, select industry events, and to relevant internal meetings and training sessions
