Job Description:
1. In collaboration with the Senior Operations Management, RQI, and Marketing, develop strategic business plans that deliver the business objectives.2. Develop proactive strategies and tactics that deliver the company’s new product innovation programs.3. Deliver short and long term business goals through strategic leadership and business acumen that leverages the strength of internal and external technical organizations. 4. Develop and deploy strategic plans, goals, and continuous improvement programs that continue to deliver the highest value.5. Develop and administer a Performance Management Process (PMP) and career individual development plan (IDP) for Engineering and Operations Technical resources. A Technical BS or MS degree is required in addition to practical experience (10 - 15 yrs.) Packaging/processing technologies and Project Management in a food manufacturing environment
