In this Unit Manager position, you will be asked to plan,organize, lead, and coordinate the day-to-day activities of associates involved in providing quality customer service in the area of mortgage outsourcing. Effective communication both verbal and written are essential when providing feedback to associates or responding to other members of the management team, homeowners and/or clients. You will be asked to demonstrate your time and workflow management skills on a daily basis to ensure that client's service levels are met (or Exceeded) daily, weekly and monthly. Utilizing your enhanced computer and software skills will be vital in the compliation of management reports. You will be charged with developing your staff into highly motivated and skilled customer care representatives as well as interviewing for new team members. When necessary, disciplining staff will be required if a violation of policy/procedure has occurred.
