Call Center Supervisor Location: Mesa, AZ Description Performs full working level professional and administrative work in the planning, direction, control and evaluation of transit operations and programs. Duties and Responsibilities. (The following examples are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive). * Provide service related training and customer service, telephone skills and other appropriate training to appropriate staff in order to ensure that staff is following company and client policies and procedures. * Actively monitor statistics, reports and other data from telephone systems management software to ensure staff is performing optimally and take corrective action as needed. * Assist staff with the resolution of difficult customer situations in accordance with company and client policies and procedures. * Ensure dispatchers and reservationists are performing their duties in accordance with company and client policies and procedures. * Work with customer service representatives and dispatchers to ensure staff is communicating effectively. * Attend meetings with other staff, customers, the client and other parties as required. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of the basic laws, ordinances, resolutions and regulations governing transit operations and the Americans with Disabilities Act; ability to analyze a variety of complex administrative problems to make sound recommendations for their solutions and to prepare and employ methodical procedures for the actualization of said solutions; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with public officials, the client, fellow employees and the general public; demonstrate a high customer service commitment
