Operations/Customer Service Agent: Service By Air (SBA), a worldwide freight forwarder with offices throughout the U.S., is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated and experienced Operations/Customer Service Agent for the Seattle, Washington office. This position will be responsible for: *Handling sensitive customer issues *Routing shipments based on the transportation needs of customers *Quoting shipments based on customer service requirements *Tracking shipments and data entry *Working within a team atmosphere supporting the local Sales Force and other SBA offices Job Requirements: The successful candidate will: *Display an outgoing personality with a positive attitude *Possess strong industry knowledge of domestic freight forwarding as well as a working knowledge of international freight forwarding (import/export) *Have experience working in transportation industry (2 years minimum) *Display excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Experience: See Job Description.
