Description A Fortune 500 company seeks a Teller Manager with 1-2 years\' face-to-face customer service experience. The candidate will directly manage tellers and oversee all teller line activities within the financial center. Coaches teller team to help grow customer relationships by identifying opportunities and referring to the appropriate salesperson. Oversees daily staffing including breaks and lunches. Partners with other job family and business line employees to effectively serve clients. Actively participates within the financial center team. Manages Human Resources issues including hiring, discipline, and termination with service leaders. Coaches tellers and conducts reviews supported by service leaders. The candidate should have high school degree or equivalent. Related banking experience preferred. 1-2 years of experience working as a teller or management experience preferred. Cash handling experience required. Must have a basic understanding of financial concepts such as credits, debits, and cash handling. Basic knowledge of Human Resources policy and procedures including hiring and performance management preferred. Basic Internet skills required.
