Responsibilities Don't miss this exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Customer Service Manager in our Lompoc Branch! As our Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for opening and closing the retail office. Monitoring daily work flow for the customer service staff, providing day-to-day supervision, assigning tasks to subordinates and assisting in problem resolution. You will hire, train, coach and lead the retail banking office staff to ensure employees provide efficient, accurate, courteous and professional service at all times. Manage the quality control standards and programs to ensure audit control, compliance with applicable governmental and banking regulations, loss prevention and compliance with safety regulations. Qualified candidates will possess: CSM I requires 1-2 years related experience in a banking or financial services environment or a minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) in a large retail office CSM II requires 2-4 years related experience in a banking or financial service environment Knowledge of bank operational policies and procedures, related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and the Bank's products and services
