The individual will establish infrastructure, standards, and approaches working across all phases of the project including:. Defines project system landscape . Defines object transport approach . Responsible for management of all environments - production, stage, training, QA, development, and prod-fix . Manages software and configuration transports . Manage the development and deployment of back-up and recovery processes . Plan and coordinate hardware/software acquisitions . Plans and coordinates system and client copies with Process and Technical TeamsThe Manager will be leading a team of 24 employees and two consultants during the global design phase. 50% - Develop and manage Infrastructure team work plan and resources20% - Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation15% - Manage the development and deployment of back-up and recovery processes10% - Coordinate initiatives requiring infrastructure changes or hardware/software acquisition 5% - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requiredRequired:. Bachelor's degree with 10+ years IT experience OR 14+ years IT experience . Proven ability to build, lead and manage a team .
