ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for managing Software quality assurance in the IT department.Responsibilities will include developing Quality Assurance Processes for the enterprise, establishing Objectives, establishing metrics, monitoring and reporting.The person is expected to be familiar with Best practices in the industry and be able to provide guidance to other members of the staff.Q/A process will employ some automated tools. The candidate will be responsible for managing quality of both the in-house developed SW and packaged software that will be developed/customized by TMM's SW vendors.
