Job Description:
IT Manager to be responsible for managing regular and complex system development that includes, but it is not limited to ; system analysis, design, development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of systems serving the overall fulfillment business community. The incumbent will prepare monthly status reports. Recognize, identify, and propose change or development of existing policies and procedures. Develop, modify and enhance new and existing fulfillment system applications, budgets, staffing issues, and overall technological direction of the Fulfillment system. Skills: The ideal candidate will possess:· A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications or related field · A minimum of ten (10) years of professional IT experience· A minimum of five (5) years experience in effectively leading teams · A minimum of five (5) years experience analyzing and designing workflow, with three of the five years being in a Fulfillment Systems environment · Proven managerial skills and the ability to effectively supervise a group of technical designers, architects, programmers, and other technical staff· Detailed knowledge of application development in a distribution and fulfillment systems environment· Specific knowledge of OS/400, DB/2, RPGILE, and shipping systems environments·
