Coach, mentor, and provide developmental and growth opportunities for staff. Develop and deliver highly reliable and capable equipment and technologies. Develop partnerships with other internal departments, divisions and other global strategic partners. Manage and motivate the technical team members (approximately 12 individuals) through leadership and development guidance to achieve technical excellence. At least four years in a leadership capacity. Strong analytical, leadership, organizational and project management skills. Excellent team building and partnering skills. Experience in automation for high volume precision manufacturing environment.
