Will manage the technical and cost functions of software development. Will manage staffing and technical resources. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in real-time embedded software development experience plus managing real-time embedded software development. Although project management experience is highly beneficial, functional management experience is preferred. Should have above average proficiency in developing in C and Assembly languages. Will have experience in and be a strong proponent of the SEI CMM program at least to Level 3. Must be a strong believer in state of the art engineering development processes in a structured development environment. Must possess strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
