This will also include equipment procurement, project administration, construction, commissioning. -To manage the relevant financial aspects of the projects within the appropriate budgets. -To ensure that the project is handed over to the appropriate customers at the agreed level and ensuring that all corporate and legislative standards are applied along with operatorÂ training and documentation -To manage the contract staff required for the specific projects such as technicians, designers and engineers. -To contribute to the overall development of Flavia® drinks manufacturing processes and to work in multi-disciplinary teams. -To develop an understanding of existing equipment both to use that knowledge within this role and to provide support to production and R&D in resolving current manufacturing problems. -To provide specific engineering and design expertise to engineering teams. This could involve the installation and commissioning of the relevant mechanical or electrical aspects of projects. -To mentor and develop project management and technical skills in individual engineers working in the engineering community. -Delivery of projects at agreed levels of performance which are on time and within agreed cost profiles. Management of resources associated with projects including budgets, associates and contractors.
