Business Development Manager/Sales Director My client helps clients to improve their business operations and IT effectiveness by delivering a broad range of business consulting and outsourcing services designed to achieve near-term and sustainable business benefit. Specifically, our Enterprise Application Services (EAS) organization focuses on consulting and professional services engagements within the ERP (Oracle and SAP) and business intelligence marketplace. These engagements include: Application Implementation, Application Development & Integration, Application Support and DBA related services. We have adopted a mature framework for delivering value to our customers by focusing on innovation and proven methodologies. The organization\'s core services of Application Portfolio Management and Enterprise Application Services are based on well established, mature processes and models. Required Skills: Must Have:- An MBA degree or equivalent- 8-16 years of solution selling experience in IT & BPO space.- Previous work experience between 10-15 years, out of which he/she should have handled at least 5 years in a hunting role with exposure on Application Development, Support and Maintenance primarily- Demonstrated ability to hunt new accounts and win multi-million dollar projects/deals- Prior experience with Offshore desirable- Vertical expertise in Retail and/or Financial Services & Insurance will be an added plus.- Ability to work in partnership with delivery organization to ensure client expectations are exceeded.- Candidates must have superior presentation and communication skills. Responsibilities will include:- Selling our services throughout the sales cycle at an executive level.- Employing solution-selling techniques to identify business needs and working with the delivery organization to develop customized solutions to solve client business problems- Meeting and exceeding revenue and gross margin quotas- Demonstrating effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.
