Job Description:
Create senior-level presentations and solicit buy-in from multiple internal business units· Identify, evaluate and secure partners for distributing company assets via home entertainment and soundtrack; Support the Executive Director in deal negotiations· Drive the contract development process by working with internal stakeholders to ensure the contract reflects business needs· Work with Coordinator and Executive Director to build and maintain relationships with distribution partners, series creators and producers, ABC and ABC Television Studio creative executives· Monitor sales performances and work with partners and Business Development Marketing to ensure promotional support is in place to maximize sales40% Project Management: · Drive development, refinement and execution of partner/licensee· Provide strategic and creative guidance for all development activities through the product life cycle· Partner with Executive Director to develop fiscal year plans for home entertainment and soundtrack lines of business·Provide direction to both internal and external partners and understands effects on product development and creative processes·Supervise direct reports in day-to-day approval process for all creative elements related to projects. Manage approval processes, implement best practices and drive issue resolution amongst involved stakeholders·Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in the development and approval phases of the product life cycle10% Asset/Creative Management: ·Provide creative direction in development of product creative materials - in keeping with brand positioning for each series·Leverage available research, creative briefs, style guide and other show brand insights to provide direction for product creative materials and obtain buy-in from partners and stakeholdersKey Skills To Master:·Superior relationship building and networking skills·Solid strategic, analytical and financial capabilities / frameworks
