Connect 7 - a division of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM provides video production services to a variety of corporate and broadcast clients, as well as to other 1-800-FLOWERS.COM Divisions. Connect 7's mission is to help clients connect with the audiences that matter to them - both internal and external - using video communications. Responsibilities Manage, develop and coordinate of a networking and sales program directed toward Fortune 1000 and 500 companies. Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, events, trades, and other promotions. Ability to craft complex product and service offerings Meet and exceed revenue targets Develop a process for accurate sales forecasting Develop a marketing plan for the fiscal year Develop a marketing budget to support the growth of Connect 7 Develop a database for new and existing business contacts Develop a PR program to position Connect 7 into the business mainstream Ability to develop strong relationships Strong presentation skills Ability to work on cost estimating and bid forms (AICP preferable) Qualifications Minimum of 5 to 7 years of new business and sales experience, preferably in the area of video and film production. New account creation and B-to-B sales experience is an absolute requirement. The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record for generating new business leads, along with annual sales in excess of $1 million. BS/BA Degree with 3 to 5 years of sales experience; additional marketing experience a plus.
