Work with Business Analyst and volunteers to identify high potential new business prospects and develop a unique strategy for each 2. Work with Account Executives and volunteers to develop and implement industry specific new business strategies 3. Provide technical support to all Account Executive in new business efforts 4. Staff one or more new business cabinets 5. Develop and implement plans in an entrepreneurial way6. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:1. College degree preferred but related work experience will also be considered. 2. Past experience working in a nonprofit or comparable business (i.e. sales and/ or marketing) setting preferred. 3. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to make presentations to groups of varying sizes. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Be proficient in using various online business and analytical tools including the Internet and the Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Experience working on a donor management cultivation database system (SalesForce for example) and willingness to learn new systems required. 6. Ability to work effectively with a range of individuals from peers to the highest levels in the business, government and non-profit sectors.
