Perform Business development functions for personnel locator systems (PLS). Meet with both foreign and domestic customers to define aircraft requirements for combat search and rescue (CSAR) applications. Respond to request for information (RFI) for PLS applications. Act a proposal manager, help write the technical portions of the proposal. Meet with primes such as Euro-copter, Boeing and Sikorsky. Able to negotiate agreements, memorandum of understanding (MOU) and teaming agreements with other major subs such as GD.
