Job Description:
The Construction Manager will coordinate with the site construction managers, tenant coordinator, and tenants to ensure deliveries and milestones are met. This position is also responsible for design development participation, pre-construction, construction, and tenant coordination. Maintains constant and effective communications with team members, internal/external customers, property management groups, and vendors/suppliers. Additional responsibilities include contract and insurance administration, monitoring and maintaining budgets, managing the budget forecasts, and assisting in the preparation of monthly job costs update reports. The Construction Manager, as with all members of the Shea Properties Team, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance.
