Promotes and teaches best practices associated with new product development incorporating Kohler Operating System principles.The scope of the product development portfolio under management is of significant size and complexity and includes global collaboration, internal or external to the company.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure high quality products are developed, built and shipped on time as defined by the commitments documented in the New Product Schedule.Autonomously manage the development process and communicate to senior management on a variety of processes and technical issues. Has respected knowledge of major system components. Anticipates and manages tasks/risks within each phase of a New Product Development project.Defines decision-making process for New Product Development project teams.
