RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Job Responsibilities: - Implementation and oversight of effective business planning departments and workflow planning models at operating sites. - Develop and implement new workflow modeling and reporting capabilities for operating units. - Coordination and delivery of all reporting activities and requirements for Aetna Rx Home Delivery and Aetna Specialty Pharmacy - Coordination of all internal and external reporting requirements. - Conduct review of existing reporting capabilities and make recommendation of necessary changes.
