Job Description:
Implement regulatory changes by distributing appropriate forms, policies, procedures and dissemination of information. · Develop and maintain manuals, documentation of board resolutions, policies and procedures manual and audit manuals. · Monitor State laws and regulations, compliance library, litigation, consumer groups and complaints against the bank affecting consumer compliance related matters and social environment (consumer groups). · Set up and monitor internal controls with auditor. Performs controls by requirement, sampling, spot checks and information discussions. · Act as liaison and information source on legal/regulatory development to senior management and loan/business development officers.
