Ad Ops/TraffickerJob Description:The Ad Ops/Trafficker will be responsible for working closely with Engineering, Account Management and Product teams to successfully traffic, test and optimize all creatives and promo units involved with a campaign including integrated sponsorships. The Trafficker will also be responsible for working closely with the Marketing team to traffic, test and optimize in-house promotional units. Must be analytical, detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment and be available most nights and weekends to adjust for any last minute campaign changes. Must be able to communicate available targeting parameters to sales team as well as implement additional parameters to support sales efforts. Must be able to provide feedback and suggestions on delivery and performance as well as lead the efforts in setting up test scenarios for optimization. The Trafficker should be able to identify discrepancies in delivery patterns and have the technical knowledge to help resolve the issue. The ideal candidate would have three or more years of hands-on experience working with Atlas AdManager or similar ad serving technology. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Access). A broad understanding of HTML, Flash and Video file formats and the ability to manipulate them to accommodate for specific tracking would be a plus.
