HSMM is searching for a Project Manager to: Be accountable to the Regional Office Manager and the Operations Manager for the success of individual projects assigned and for contributing to the accomplishment of HSMM goals and objectives. Represent HSMM at marketing opportunities looking for new business opportunities. Assist in the preparation of qualification packages. Participate in client interviews. In collaboration with the Production Department Heads, prepare and negotiate project scope, schedule and fees. Lead the project team in a collaborative effort to complete design documents and respond to issues during construction.
