Job Description:
In addition to project responsibilities, the manager will engage in development of junior staff, leadership in operational issues, and development of client relationships, both locally and globally Responsibilities include: Build and manage client relationships Establish contracts and determine project fees Manage project finances including billing, payment, and consultant contracts Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and team activities, including consultants Organize and communicate project status to team and client Manage project budgets Oversee team?s implementation of design concept and technical quality Write project proposals and participate in marketing strategy Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design Minimum 10 years experience in architecture or interior design Proven track record working directly with clients Good communication.
