Demonstrates the ability to establish goals, manage to and evaluate personnel against established goals. Ability to recruit and hire personnel with appropriate skill-sets that can work effectively in the T-Mobile environment and support the ?Get More? commitment. Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Manager?s area of responsibility. Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities Creation and Support of Standards, Processes and Procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and to work effectively with the other teams. Manage the process and validate quality of deliverables produced by their team. Demonstrates the ability to adapt to and lead, change, and coach others in the acceptance and support of change.
