Assist in providing pricing estimates to customers for adjustments to resolve issues during the job's execution. . Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to job sites. . Direct and supervise workers during the job's installation, maintenance, and teardown.. Assist in interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients. . Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress and cost tracking reports. . Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and preserve margins.. Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project. . Study job specifications to determine appropriate methods. . Develop and implement quality control programs.. Manage customer expectations and service levels. Review and document the learning from each project. Ensure that this is shared with the project team to facilitate best practices and recommend improvements.. Provide review, coaching, mentoring and feedback to team membersQualifications & Characteristics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 years of related experience in managing or coordinating projects. Experience working Cooling Tower systems or HVAC systems is a plus. Experience in the heavy equipment rental industry is a plus.
