Manage maintenance contract and license renewals and other modifications to existing contracts.o Review and approve additional work orders or statements of work to service contracts.o Track IT contracts to proactively monitor and manage terms and conditions including renewals, notification periods, and compliance issues.o Work with IT SMEs and vendors to track and manage 3rd party licenses to maintain compliance with license agreements.o Work with IT SMEs and vendors to track and manage contract requirements to maintain compliance with agreements.o Track maintenance lifecycles for hardware and software to anticipate and mitigate changes in service availability and end-of-life issues.o Design and implement programs, policies, and practices to ensure that IT is in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. o Recommend adjustments in reporting, processes, procedures and functional requirements as needed.o Manage Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and compliance with IT SMEs and internal/external auditors.
