Job Description:
This position has a broad set of responsibilities within a growing business segment; flexibility and enthusiasm is essential. Frequent tasks include: - Development and maintenance of HP?s peripheral roadmap, delivery plans, and tracking of performance to overall business commitments - Maintaining and understanding the roadmaps of key partners and suppliers - Obtaining functionally tested drivers and software components from suppliers for integration testing - Working with suppliers to resolve any issues found during testing - Structuring and releasing hardware and software components into the information repository system - Coordinating safety, agency, and other acceptance testing for hardware components - Meeting with and understanding needs of customers, partners, and HP?s sales team - Working with contracts team on procurement and support contract terms - Support for the tracking and resolution of escalated technical or quality issues Qualifications Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree, Master's (graduate) degree, degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues and manage overall project delivery is required.
