Job Description:

This includes development of work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Work with key stakeholders to document business requirements and establish project goal, scope, and timeline. Drive cross functional project team from requirements gathering through development to post implementation. Facilitate weekly project meetings, providing effective meeting preparation and follow up. Maintain detailed issue/action logs - Take ownership of issues, as appropriate, and effectively remove all road blocks Ensure all project documentation is created, kept accurate, and communicated to project team members and stakeholders in a timely manner. Responsible to ensure technical project policies and procedures are being followed and required deliverables are being completed, reviewed and signed- off on by appropriate mangers. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure project goals are accomplished and in-line with business objectives. Knowledge and Skills: Required: BS/BA degree in MIS Computer Science or Business or 5 years equivalent experience. Minimum 3 year technical project management experience with XML 3-5 years experience with full technical project life cycle development Excellent analytical skills.
