This individual should be should have the experience and ability to: ˇ Quickly grasp the operations needs (standards, tools, processes) for data center readiness ĄV initial work prior to moves, specific to each data center move, and across the moves ˇ Quickly identify the key inter-dependencies of operations components and prioritize for implementation aligned with data center consolidation time lines ˇ Work in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt and change priorities as the business needs change ˇ Work with Receive site PMO and other move project PMs to take up coordination of any Operational procedure enhancement activities as needed for a Move ˇ Communicate clearly, verbally and written, with various levels of the organization ˇ
