This leader should be should have the experience and ability to: ˇ Quickly grasp the technology needs (standards, tools, processes) for data center readiness ĄV initial work prior to moves, specific to each data center move, and across the moves ˇ Quickly identify the key inter-dependencies of technology components and prioritize for implementation aligned with data center consolidation time lines ˇ Work closely with Receive site PMO and DC Consolidation PMO for clear understanding of infrastructure and Operations enhancement activities as needed for the Moves, and ensuring a plan/roadmap for those enhancements ˇ
