Key Requirements: U.S. Citizen Major Duties:Formulates command policy for facilities management issues. Develops and maintains the master plan. Develops and manages repair and minor construction project development, project justifications, scopes of work, cost estimates, work phasing, and scheduling. Coordinates all engineering and facility projects. Plans, prepares, and executes implementing objectives, performance action plans, and metrics. Directs project planning to correct any accreditation or regulatory deficiencies.
