Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.CH2M HILL is looking for a dynamic person to join the firm as a Construction Surveillance Field Manager , with at least 5+ years of experience in residential commercial constructionresidential commercial construction in our Los Angeles , CA office. Along with experience in military housing construction. Project locations included Vandenberg AFB , CA and L os Angeles AFB, CA Design Review, Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct and document design reviews submitted by the developer. Provide environmental reviews and recommendations, i.e. radon, indoor air quality. Schedule Analysis and Change Management: Review and track developer’s schedule and provide feedback to customer. Conduct Civil, Structural, Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical, Framing, Plumbing and Foundation Inspections using Best Engineering/Construction Practices, Design Specs, Local Building Codes, and AF Standards. Provide regular status and inspection reports with supporting digital images. Conduct Financial Records Review. Perform Project Close-Out actions including Facility Acceptance Inspections, and Warranty Inspections.
