Manager-Geotechnical/Civil Engineer/P&L Job Location: SHREVEPORT, LA A leading consulting engineering and testing company has an immediate opening for a GeoTechnical Department Manager in their Northwest Louisiana location. A BS or MS Degree in GeoTechnical or Civil Engineering is required as well as at least 2 Plus years of solid GeoTechnical work experience. A PE License/Registration is a definite plus. This position will have overall management responsibility of GeoTechnical engineering services, including P&L responsibility. Must have experience in identifying, leading and winning GeoTechnical consulting projects and be able to lead others. This position will provide senior review of proposals, ensure client commitments are met, and have client relationship and business development responsibility. Mentoring and training of senior and junior staff professionals will be expected as well as participating in professional and technical organizations.
