Business Development Senior Manager (Requisition # 19833BR) Req ID 19833BR Title Business Development Senior Manager Location AM-USA-VA Arlington VA Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing and executing business development processes, plans and strategies at the business unit as well as division level, providing strategic and managerial leadership within the business development group. Candidate will report to the Senior Vice President-Corporate Development. Will identify new markets and opportunities to sustain business unit growth as well as develop long and short term strategy to posititon the business unit to capture new work -plans and leads marketing efforts based on the strategy. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage the business unit and division proposal development efforts. Responsibilities will also include assessing and recommendations regarding business development requirements for organizational alignment, staffing and tools. Will assist the Vice President in integrating and aligning the business unit processes and tools with parent corporation, to provide strategic and managerial leadership within the business development group.
