Offer suggestions, develop processes, and facilitate implementation of chosen improvements to the SPARTA Business Development functions.5. In concert with MDS Operations Managers, lead all SPARTA transition and consolidation capture efforts in response to MDA Re-engineering and Base Realignment & Closure Committee mandated transfers of operational elements out of the NCR. Define & implement a comprehensive capture strategy that leverages SPARTAs prime contracts at MDA, and utilizes these prime contracts to be preferred consolidation & re-engineering platforms for MDA. 6. Lead SPARTAs Cruise Missile Defense Capture activities leveraging the broad MD capabilities across SPARTA. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 20 years of progressive leadership experience, to include at least 5 years at a senior management level of Director, or above.
