Job Description:
Maintain Controllership of multiple projects and works with management to estimate profitabilty of the same. Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals / programs / processes for an area or business segment. Utilize experience or expertise to solve problems. Develop and execute objectives for self and others. Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability. Partner with technical / business leaders and staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for cost optimization, productivity, inventory accuracy & utilization, as well as inventory standard settings. Develop estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews/reports (GAAP), Growth Playbook (3-year plan) and SII (1-year plan). Develop and establish financial policies and procedures. Perform internal and external audits and ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations, drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams and ensures finance compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in an accounting or in a finance role). At least 3 years of experience in a treasury or finance position. Desired Experience in Project Accounting. Master's degree in Business Administration ( MBA ) is preferred.
